The first step in our IT recruitment screening is an in-depth one-on-one meeting with a candidate to evaluate basic qualifications and skill set. Following the initial screening, a Kalles Group team member develops a detailed profile of the candidate.
The custom-tailored technical screen assesses hard skills that will be required for each position. These skills may include analytical and critical thinking skills, problem solving, and technical customer support.
